The Support Staff Community Incorporated is an Association run by legal support staff professionals, for legal support staff professionals. The purpose of The Support Staff Community is to:
Provide a community for legal support staff professionals;
Provide networking and social events to facilitate the growth of the legal support staff community and promote wellbeing for legal support staff professionals; and
Foster growth and education for legal support staff professionals with the provision of educational seminars, resources and mentoring.
The Support Staff Community hosts regular events including networking events and educational seminars. Past events include our speed networking event and administrative professionals day breakfast (annual events), our Vivid Mental Health & Wellbeing Event and our Support Staff Superstars seminar. We are always planning more events which all support staff are welcome to attend.
The Support Staff Community prepare a number of educational resources for support staff, including our Best Practice Guides. These guides are prepared at the Committee’s monthly meetings with the assistance of an expert on topics that are relevant to legal support professionals. All seminar papers that have been prepared for our seminars are also available on this website.
